We assess issues, get quotes from trusted tradespeople, and manage repairs up to your agreed threshold — without bothering you for every lightbulb.

A clear English summary of income, expenses, and property status delivered by the 5th of each month. No surprises, no chasing.

Compliance & admin

We keep your contracts current under Spanish tenancy law (LAU), liaise with your gestor on tax filings, and handle comunidad correspondence.
