We keep your contracts current under Spanish tenancy law (LAU), liaise with your gestor on tax filings, and handle comunidad correspondence.
Scheduled visits with photographic reports so you always know the condition of your property — without needing to fly out.

No percentage-of-rent surprises. A flat monthly fee so you always know what you're paying. All prices + IVA (21%).
